This year we made 2 amazing trips to Eckerts. They were both filled with all the usual fall fun we've come to expect! Here is a photo montage of our trips :)
Our first trip to Eckerts was with Mom and Dad and Uncle Josh and Aunt Katie! We loaded up in two cars and took off after lunch time. We got there just in time because as we sat down to enjoy some funnel cake, the line nearly tripled in size!! It was a wonderful way to spend a fabulous fall afternoon and I hope we do this every year :)

Our second trip to Eckerts was to explore the pumpkin patch. This time it was just us four. It was a beautiful day for a pumpkin picking extravaganza!

Attempting to pose for a picture...hard to do with a 2 year old!!
We went across the river on the ferry to find the stand we went to last year to pick up some gourds for me! We decided on our trip back to get out of the car and enjoy the breeze as the ferry crossed back over. While we were outside telling Owen all about the boats and the giant barge crossing the river, he blew us away by pointing at the water and exclaiming WILLY!! He thought Willy the whale (from the movie Free Willy) was going to come jumping up out of the river! Big body of water that looks a lot like where Willy lives...what a smart little cookie! I think we officially have to take him to see a real whale :)
Here he and Dadda are pointing to the water and talking about Willy!
I love this precious face!
