Sometimes there is just no denying that children fill your life. Especially when you find things like this in your purse!
Contents include: Bottle cap for a Dr. Brown's Bottle, a toy for a cartoon I am not familiar with...which came out of a happy meal, crayons from a resturarant that I purposely grabbed for a future emergency entertainment need and a pair of shades for the mini Cooper.
I loves these little reminders of the special boys in my life ;)

Father's Day 2012!!
We spent Father's Day doing exactly what you should do on Father's Day! Spent it with family :) Between a delicious breakfast of all of Jer's favorites, a delicious lunch later on in the day and visits with my Grandpa and both our Dad's, Father's Day was full of good food and fun times!
Lunch at Red Robin...and a series of pics asking Owen to smile!
Dad can I have some of your soda? Oh wait. I don't like that stuff!
At last a smile!
That evening Coop showed off his mad cooking skills.
And his mad walking skills!
Play time can get a little bit wild and crazy around here!
Then it was story time :)

Thankful Thursdays!
I haven't been doing these weekly but we always have so much to be thankful for...when I sit down and thank God for all that's been good and transfer those things here..it always amazes me that God sees fit to bless my life with so much wonderful!
That our family has been healthy for two straight weekends (now where's the wood to knock on?)
That after a round of illnesses like strep and high fevers, it makes feeling healthy that much more precious! Sometimes I know I take my body for granted. Nothing like a round of strep to knock things back into perspective!
My adorable kiddos...not a day goes by I'm not thankful for those little beings that take residence in my home.
A wonderful girls weekend with my bestie!
An amazing Father's Day with my hubby and 2 beautiful boys.
Visitng Pap two weekends in a row...once with Hannah which made the second trip extra special!
That Dad loved my cheesecake I made him for Father's Day!!
Sweet iced-tea and drinking it in the summertime.
That Owen LOVES the cheap $2 a bag of popsicles and when he asks for them...he says "Um...Momma? A blue? A green? A purple? Pop-icle?" Yes buddy. You want the moon? I'll get that for ya too!
Working and a steady income...something that in our economy cannot be taken for granted.
That I paid $3.14 for gas. Not cheap...but better than $4 a gallon!
Making some awesome summer memories
Sun tans
A date night with my hubby...we had such an amazing time together.
Seeing two of my favorite artists in one place...right next to the love of my life!
Pinterest inspiration
Cooper is WALKING. Not just a few steps. He is walking from the living room to the kitchen...our house is small but for little chubby legs it's a long way!
Crafting and glue guns and fun stuff like that!
Making my first ever blueberry cream pie...it was pretty fabulous if I do say so myself!!
Waffle cones and Blackcherry ice cream on the couch at the end of the day.
Starting Bones the TV series on Netflix. It's Jer and I's new obsession. SO good! Right now we're waiting for Bones and Booth to FINALLY get together. Come one people. Stop dragging it out!
Getting geared up for a couple wonderful weekends of summertime fun! I cannot wait :)
I hope everyone is knee-deep in summertime awesomeness!! Happy Thursday!

Girl Time!!
I recently had the awesome opportunity to have some serious quality girl time with my bestie just one short weekend ago. It was complete with crafting, Real Housewives of New Jersey (which I am now officially hooked), wine, a slumber party that included Miss Peyton, sweet Peyton kisses, a morning donut run in our PJ’s, pool time, a sunburn, delicious dessert and pretty much priceless time spent just being with Steff. It was simply perfection :)
Love you lady!!

My craft! A tissue paper wreath from Pinterest!
A Wise Ol' Baby Shower
My sister-in-law Jackie is due very soon!! We will be meeting our nephew Ryder in just a few short weeks! It's all very exciting :) In the middle of May we celebrated with Jackie and Paul and helped them prepare for his pending arrival! Her shower was filled with lots of love and everything we hoped she would enjoy! Here's a few pics from the shindig!

As I try to Catch Up...
Ahh what did we do before cell phones? Mine is a link to the world that I've gotten far too dependent on. But that being said, I still have to say that after doing a quick scroll through my photo roll, I'm certainly glad for the capabilities! Often times my phone is easy to grab and snap that unexpected moment that I didn't know was coming. So I decided as I catch up our posts and pictures...it was necessary to do a run down of the last few months/weeks via my cell phone pics. They tell a story all their own...about life and the daily comings and goings! Without further ado:
My little brother and his FIANCE...closed on a house and got engaged :) Congrats you two!! Cannot wait for the big festivities next May!! This pic is me and Josh after he gave me the grand tour!

Sibling love!
During the tour Owen enjoyed trying out their new furniture! It got his seal of approval :) And Nee-maw's too!
Home made stuffed mushrooms...cannot beat these!!
Text message photo from my brother about future Harley riders...um...no thanks. I'll keep them off two wheels and a motor as long as I can!!
Happy Hour with my ladies from work! Such a fun crew and I'm so glad to call them friends!
Peyton posing with her Momma prior to a swim! Love these little cheeks!
During one of our rounds of illness, Owen camped out in his dinosaur tent in the living room. Sick or not, it sure looked like a fun place to hang out for the day!!
Owen see food. I was trying to get him to show me his markered up hands. I got an open mouth of cookie along with it! HA! This kid!!
My hubby with his celebratory cookie cake from mea nd the boys for passing his PE :) Yay babe. So proud of you! He also got a delicious ice cream cake and balloons from his Dad and Stacey.
Coop came down with the plague the same weekend I did...and this is a shot of him at the doctor's office waiting his turn!
My first Insta-gram photo. Owen was eating his lunch and watching Octonauts!
Mr. sad and oozing eyes during the plague. Poor baby looked absolutely awful!!!
Dinner and a show, Owen Wyatt presents the Wonder Pet's Theme Song!
Home-cooked dinner!
Cooper vomit. Apparently drinking water and making him giggle till he gets the hiccups makes this happen!
Sunburn Number 1 of the seaon!
Coop showing me how to cook. He turned the pan right side up so he could put the spoon in the right way. And here I thought he'd just want to bang on it!
Working on his two-legged skills
A craft I made for Mother's Day.
I definitely am a dork...this spring we had a robin make a nest for her and four babies! This blanket was my attempt to soften the blow for the babies when they flew the coop!
The babies!
I think that's about all for now!
