A little Easter fun!!

Our crew had a blast doing a few things to prepare for the Easter holiday...

Project One:  Dying Eggs. This year I bought these awesome kits from Target...they made the whole process fun and completely creative!!

Space Alien and Jungle colored dyes all ready to go.

After we finished dying, we set about decorating them. Each kit came with stands, stickers, foam pieces and other fun embellishments!

Project Two: Baby Chick Cupcakes.  The decoration pieces didn't go very far, but they sure were cute!

Um...I rubbed the icing all over my hands like lotion and now I'm licking it off.  (And we wonder why kids spread cold and flu so fast...ding ding ding!!!)

The finish product was better than I expected!  I hope next year we can find something cute like this to do again!!
