On September 13th, we took Owen back to the ENT at Children's to talk to him about the sleep study results. Much to this worried Momma's ears, we heard his sleep study was normal! No tonsils or any other types of breathing related problems!! Which was marvelous. The only downside to the appt was that we found out he had fluid on the opposite ear from his previous check up. That just meant that he is still not maturing into his estation tubes and they are not draining properly. Dr. Leonard set us up to come back December 17...in that time if Owen has two more ear infections, tubes are on the docket! Though there is nothing wrong with him taking antibiotics when he gets colds and they don't go away and instead turn into an ear infection...if we can avoid it, we are all on board with making it easier!!
After his check-up, we decided to stop in at the zoo. It was an over-cast and beautiful September day. The boys and I had fun showing Daddy our favorite spots we've come to love over our summer filled with zoo visits! The family time filled my soul and rejuvenated me in ways I can't express!!
It was just after this picture that Jer noticed the Do Not Climb sign. WUPS!
This Sea Lion was playing with the boys and it cracked us all up!!
Both boys were so happy to have Daddy with us, they snuggled in the seat behind me and enjoyed riding the train with him! Coop's face is so cute here :)
Dad?? Are we going to go through another tunnel??
