That's it. They finally got the forecast right. They are calling for rain...and when asked how long we could expect it to rain...this was the following response:

All kidding aside...on our trip home a few weekends ago...this scene came to mind as we drove through yet ANOTHER torrential downpour! This spring seems to have brought so many!! Maybe Jer and I had been breathing too much of the same air all weekend long, but we got quite a kick out of ourselves! Luckily the rain seems to have taken a chill pill, but this weekend brought us another pattern of wet, cloudy weather like we have had so much of this spring.
***As an aside, I know some blogs do prizes for the first person to name that movie...but I am not really in a position to give away prizes. However, I'd love to know if anyone out there knows! I will give away that while I love me a good girlie romance, I'm also a sucker for awesome movies that might be more in the male genre of films! So anyone...name that movie??!!?!***

Hannah and Casey, you got it!! Sandlot is right...April, no worries! I am terrible at that game too. This one just so happens to be an easy for me!
It's my favorite baseball, summertime, kids movies!! Such a classic in my book :)
